I had a pleasant stay at Springs, where the staff were accommodating and helped us with a ground-floor room, which was perfect since I was traveling with my baby. The room was quite spacious, and I appreciated the comfortable king-size bed and the cleanliness of the space. The bathroom was tidy, and I liked the convenience of having a microwave and a wall-mounted TV with plenty of channels to choose from.
Not one thing 😊.

stayed in big and silent suite with 2 queen beds. the location was marvellous and perfect, near the town centre!
The staff we met were not particularly friendly.

Clean and comfortable rooms with a nice king-size bed and a decent TV setup. The bathroom is basic but tidy, and while it might feel a bit pricey for what you get, it’s perfect if you're just looking for a cozy place after a day out.

Everything was very good, FAVOURABLE location just off other shops like Woolworths, affable staff. The breakfast had excellent choices and there were butter and slices of fresh bread. The property was in the heart of the city. It was relatively close to Kfc, serving fast food.

The room was clean, with a surprisingly comfy king-size bed, but the bathroom felt basic. The surrounding gardens provided a peaceful retreat, and we appreciated the nearby attractions like Mount Gibraltar and the lovely Perennial Hill Gardens for family outings. While it met our needs for a night, we feel there are better options for our next visit.

The room was huge and comfortable, providing ample space to relax. I appreciated the easily adjustable air conditioning, although the temperature felt rather cold even when set to 30 degrees, ensuring a consistently cool environment throughout my visit.
One minor issue I encountered was the limited choice of complimentary toiletries. While they were adequate, I expected a more diverse selection to enhance the overall experience.

I stayed for a weekend getaway and was thoroughly impressed. The front desk staff were welcoming, setting a warm tone right from check-in. My room was spotless, featuring a super comfy bed, lounge chairs, and a small kitchenette with a toaster and microwave. I also loved the strong pressure shower and the good little touches, like complimentary Scottish shortbread and hot chocolate. Plus, having McDonald's and the RSL club just a short walk away was a huge convenience.

I checked into what was supposed to be an Executive King Spa Room, and it was a mess. The walls were poorly patched, the bedspread was filthy, and there was no coffee pod machine. So disappointing for the price!

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room, which offered great comfort for a quick overnight stay. The location is ideal, especially with friendly and efficient staff making check-in and check-out a breeze.
Breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

I absolutely loved how clean and modern the room was, and the friendly staff really made a difference during my visit. The lovely garden area offered a nice spot to unwind and enjoy some fresh air. The only bummer was that it got a bit chilly at night, and a cozy blanket would’ve been perfect, but that didn’t keep me from wanting to come back! 🌿.

We had a fantastic time visiting the nearby RSL, where we enjoyed a delicious family dinner. The atmosphere was lively, and the kids loved the varied menu options. Plus, being so close to our accommodation made it super convenient for our large family.
My kids wished for a play area outside for some fun.
